Dr Wayne Dyer, an American self-help author and motivational speaker stated this before he passed on in 2015:
“Your mind is yours to control. You are the creator and selector of your thoughts. You can change them at will. It is your god-given inheritance; freedom that no-one can take away”.
Unfortunately, Alden’s clinical experience and research suggest this idea is far from the truth.
However, this is not to dismiss Dr Dyer’s works. His second work ‘Pulling Your Own Strings’ developed the idea of habitual belief systems hampering our personal effectiveness, probably the most common problem Alden sees in his clinics.
The unconscious mind is said to consist of processes which occur automatically and are not available to introspection. These include thought processes, memories, interests and motivations. In psychoanalytic theory, proposed by therapists such as Sigmund Freud, these unconscious processes are represented in ‘slips of the tongue’, and jokes, as well as dreams. Apparently it is the source of automatic thoughts (those that appear without any apparent cause), the repository of forgotten memories (that may still be accessible to consciousness at some later time), and the locus of implicit knowledge (the things that we have learned so well that we do them without thinking).
During delta wave sleep, neurons are inhibited by gamma amino butyric acid (GABA). Hence if you lack GABA you may well find your sleep disrupted.
Delta wave activity also stimulates the release of several other hormones, including growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) and prolactin (PRL). We literally grow while we are asleep (spiritually), unless of course this is disrupted.
Prolactin is the protein based hormone that enables nursing mothers to feed their offspring.
However it also plays an essential role in metabolism, regulation of the immune system and pancreatic function.
GHRH is released from the hypothalamus, which in turn stimulates release of growth hormone (GH) from the pituitary gland. The secretion of PRL, which is closely related to GH, is also regulated by the pituitary, as is release of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), which is decreased in response to delta-wave signalling.
This is the science; however, there are a number of factors which add more insight to the above.
1) The mind is not located in the human being at all.
2) The unconscious mind is able to be infiltrated by alien energy that vibrates at the level of unconsciousness — literally an Andromedean ‘demonic possession’.
3) As the mind can be accessed unconsciously, the best way to stop this process is the protection of it.
4) Protection is not a ‘one off’ state — it is constantly fluid and changing, and needs ongoing attention.
Under the modern scientific interpretation, the mind is housed, at least in part, in the brain, and is described as the physical nature of neuronal activity, usually defined as the faculty of an entity’s thoughts and consciousness.
The mind is the seat of consciousness, the essence of your being. Without a mind, you cannot be considered meaningfully alive — at least in human terms.
Traditionally, scientists have tried to define the mind as the product of brain activity, the brain being the physical substance, and the mind being the conscious product of those firing neurons.
According to Sigmund Freud the mind consists of three parts, the conscious, the pre-conscious and the unconscious.
The conscious consists of what someone is aware of at any particular point in time. It includes what you are thinking about right now. If you are aware of it then it is in the conscious mind.
The pre-conscious contains information that is just below the surface of awareness. It can be retrieved with relative ease and usually can be thought of as memory or recollection.
The unconscious contains thoughts, memories, and desires that are buried deep in ourselves, well below our conscious awareness. Even though we are not aware of their existence, they exert great influence on our behaviour.
However, growing evidence shows that the mind goes far beyond the physical workings of your brain.
In the second half of the 20th century, mind control projects resulted in extensive abuse of psychiatry. Many thousands were subjected to unethical mind control experiments by leading psychiatrists and medical schools. Mind control experimentation was not only tolerated by medical professionals, but published in psychiatric and medical journals.
Monarch mind control
Project Monarch (Project MKUltra or MK-Ultra), also called the ‘CIA mind control programme’, was the code name given to a programme of experiments on human subjects that were designed and undertaken by the CIA in the Unites States, specifically designed to identify and develop drugs and procedures to be used in interrogations. These experiments were conducted in order to weaken the individual and force confessions through mind control.
This project fits the Andromedean principle of energetic implantation devices.
The Monarch operation lasted 20 years, being sanctioned in 1953, and officially halted in 1973. The programme engaged in many illegal activities, including the use of U.S. and Canadian citizens as its unwitting test subjects, which led to controversy regarding its legitimacy.
In her book ‘Trance Formation of America’, Cathy O’Brien claims that as a child, she was sexually abused by her father as well as by a network of child pornographers.
Supposedly, she was then forced to participate in Project Monarch, which she claims is a subsection of MKUltra. According to O’Brien, under hypnosis she was able to recall memories of sexual abuse — of both herself and her daughter — by paedophile rings, drug barons, and satanists (all Andromedean controlled humans) who allegedly used a form of ‘trauma based mind control programming’ to make her a sex slave.
Unfortunately, certain religious and political scholars have criticised O’Brien’s claims for their lack of any supporting evidence. Most have called her a ‘fantasist’, with a tendency to ‘excessive leaps in imagination and willingness to deviate from common sense’.
Dr William Sweet participated in both brain electrode implant experiments and the injection of uranium into medical patients at Harvard University. Army doctors were involved in LSD testing at least until the late 1970’s. Subjects of LSD experiments included children as young as five years old, and brain electrodes were implanted in children as young as 11 years of age.
Linda MacDonald was a victim of Dr Ewen Cameron’s destructive mind control experiments in 1963. Dr Cameron was president of the American and World Psychiatric Associations. He used a ‘treatment’ which involved intensive application of these brainwashing techniques; drug disinhibition, prolonged sleep, and prolonged psychological isolation. These were combined with ECT (Electro Convulsive Therapy). The amount of electricity introduced into Linda’s brain exceeded by 76.5 times the maximum amount recommended. Dr Cameron’s technique resulted in permanent and complete amnesia.
Now that is an interesting point. Amnesia can be created by overloading the brain with electricity, or an energy from elsewhere.
Andromedean energies can readily disrupt the function of the unconscious mind, that is the state of unconsciousness defined as ‘sleep’, and resonating between 0.5 and 4 hertz — the ‘delta’ brainwave.
Many humans complain they never sleep properly, and often, if not always, wake up feeling as if they have not slept at all.
Sleep is designed to restore the immune, nervous, skeletal, and muscular systems; these being vital processes that maintain mood, memory, and cognitive function. These processes also play a large role in the function of the endocrine and immune system.
Sleep is vital to the function and sense of well-being of a person when they are conscious.

Andromedean energy infiltrates humanity in conception and gestation. The specific target is the unconscious mind and the pituitary gland, the controller of growth, on physical and psychological levels.
Growth hormone (GH) or somatotropin, also known as human growth hormones (hGH or HGH) in its human form, is synthesised, stored and secreted by somatotropic cells within the anterior pituitary gland, and is critical in human development.
It is a peptide hormone that stimulates cell reproduction, and regeneration in humans and other animals.
It is thus absolutely critical for human development, not just on a physiological level, and happens during delta wave sleep.
Andromedean ‘demonic possession’ is intended to impair the function of the pituitary gland producing growth hormone, and create stagnation, inability to proceed or follow through with growth enhancing thoughts and behaviours, and prevent maturity on all energetic levels of human development.
It is also designed to destroy all true God energies (that is the human spirit) that makes us feel we have function and purpose.
According to Dr Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, vindictiveness prevents inner peace, growth and maturity, and creates stagnation.
If you really want inner peace, growth and maturity, you need to reclaim control of your mind and your first action to enable this should be to protect yourself !
